Qatar Stock Exchange General Index Records Increase of 144.89 Points

Doha, September 29 (QNA) -The general index of the Qatar Stock Exchange recorded, today an increase of 144.89 points, or 1.15 percent, to reach 12,695.27 points.

In today’s session, 212,762,504 shares were traded, with a value of 681,305,463.718 riyals, as a result of the execution of 21334 transactions in all sectors.

During the session, the shares of 23 companies rose, the prices of 20 other companies fell, while two companies maintained their previous closing price.

Meanwhile, the market capitalization, at the end of the trading session amounted to QR 705,337,439,978.33 compared to QR 695,287,870,101.45 in the previous session. (QNA)
