Kuwait, November 02 (QNA) – The Kuwait Stock Exchange closed its trading today, with its general index rising 15.8 points to reach the level of 7381.16 points, an increase of 0.22 percent.
120.7 million shares were traded through 8,086 cash deals, worth 41.9 million dinars (about $127 million).
The main market index rose 18.4 points to reach the level of 5539.67 points, an increase of 0.33 percent, through the circulation of 56.3 million shares and 3,069 cash deals worth 7.19 million dinars (about $21 million).
The premier market index also rose 15.3 points to reach the level of 8260 points, an increase of 0.19 percent, through the circulation of 64.3 million shares and 5017 deals, worth 34.7 million dinars (about $105 million).
In parallel, the (main 50) index rose 18.3 points to reach the level of 5692.06 points, an increase of 0.32 percent, through the circulation of 42.9 million shares through 1986 cash transactions worth 6.17 million dinars (about $18.6 million). (QNA)
