Paris, November 07 (QNA) – France manager Didier Deschamps will announce Wednesday his squad for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

Deschamps seeks to help title holders win their third World Cup trophy depending on talents like Real Madrid’s striker Karim Benzema, Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe and star of Bayern Munich’s Kingsley Coman and Ousmane Dembele of Barcelona. France claimed gild in 1998 and 2018.

Barcelona’s Jules Conde voiced hopes he would be selected in his side’s main line-up for the Qatar 2022.

Speaking to FIFA website, Conde said that he had been called up for more than a year, and that he adapted to the atmosphere of the national team, and to Deschamps’ technical style. He added that it is very important to represent his country, which he described as a big team defending its title in the World Cup in Qatar.

Drawn in group D along with Australia, Denmark and Tunisia, France’s debut in Qatar 2022 will be against Australia on Nov. 22. (QNA)
