Oslo, November 15 (QNA) – The striker of the Norwegian national team and English club Manchester City, Erling Haaland, said that he had hoped to play in the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, but that Norway did not qualify, dashed his hopes to play in the world championship.

Haaland said in statements today he wished to play in the world cup in Qatar, but this is the reality now Haaland, who scored 21 goals for his country, added that the biggest thing can do is qualify for the World Cup or the European Championship.

On the World Cup favorites, Haaland said that Brazil, Argentina, France and England could win in Qatar. He maintained however that there are a lot of good teams participating and he cannot name only one team. (QNA)
