Doha, November 16 (QNA) – France national football team arrived in Doha Wednesday evening to participate in FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 which is due to kick off on Sunday, November 20.
The French team will go through the last preparations in Doha before playing the first match with the Australian team on November 22.
The coach of the French team Didier Deschamps has recently announced the list of the team’s footballers and included the binary Axel Disasi and Marcus Thuram in the final list of the squad participating in the tournament, and announced Wednesday that Randal Kolo Muani who plays as forward for Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt will join the squad list replacing Christopher Alan Nkunku who was knocked out from the list due to his injury in the left knee after colliding his fellow the midfielder Eduardo Camavinga Tuesday in the last training for the French national team before traveling to Doha.
The French team plays in Qatar’s world cup within group D with Australia, Denmark and Tunisia teams. (QNA)
