Gaza, November 19 (QNA) – The Qatar Committee for Reconstruction of Gaza selected two places in the Palestinian territories to display the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar matches, as part of the State of Qatar’s keenness to provide spaces for Palestinian fans to follow the tournament matches.

In the Gaza Strip, the martyr Saad Sayl hall in the center of Gaza City will display all matches of the tournament after it was fully equipped to receive the fans and those interested in this tournament, which takes place for the first time in the Arab world, the committee said in a statement on Saturday.

The statement pointed out that the Absa sports hall in the Ramallah recreational complex in the West Bank was equipped to host fans throughout the World Cup.

The Qatar Committee for Reconstruction of Gaza confirmed that the events in Gaza and the West Bank will witness various activities to encourage and support the Qatari national team and the State of Qatar, which is preparing to host this tournament and receive millions of fans on its land. (QNA)
