Doha, November 21 (QNA) – The Qatar Stock Exchange index lost 73.98 points, at the beginning of its trading Monday, by 0.61 percent, and the index fell to the level of 12036 points, compared to Sunday’s closing.
Qatar Stock Exchange data showed an increase in the telecommunications sector by 0.80 percent, and the transport sector by 0.08 percent, while the insurance sector maintained its stability without a decrease or increase, in contrast. The industrial sector decreased by 0.87 percent, the consumer goods and services sector by 0.81 percent, the real estate sector by 0.45 percent, then the banking and financial services sector by 0.30 percent.
At 10:00 am, the Qatar Stock Exchange recorded transactions worth QR 55.029 million, distributed to 14.012 million shares, with 1592 transactions transactions. (QNA)
