Doha, November 23 (QNA) – The Portuguese national football team’s coach Fernando Santos said that facing the Ghanaian national football team tomorrow is significant, given that it is the team’s first match in the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, as part of the matches of Group H, which also includes Uruguay and South Korea.
In a statement today, Santos added that he has great confidence in his team’s players, and that they will show their usual strength and give their best in order to achieve a good start.
The 68-year-old coach indicated that national team captain Cristiano Ronaldo is in a good technical state of readiness and will lead the national team in tomorrow’s confrontation.
