Doha, November 24 (QNA) – Qatar Stock Exchange index added 9.55 points to its balance at the beginning of the Thursday’s trading, to record a slight increase of 0.08% and reach 11,906 points, compared to the end of Wednesday’s trading.
Data issued by Qatar Stock Exchange showed an increase in the performance of the transportation sector by 1.08% and the real estate sector by 0.42%. On the other hand, the bank and financial services sector decreased by 0.64%, followed by the insurance sector by 0.53%, the industry sector by 0.38%, the communications sector by 0.26% and the consumer goods and services sector by 0.22%.
At 10:00 am, Qatar Stock Exchange recorded transactions worth QR 54,094 million, distributed among 16.556 million shares with the implementation of 1586 transactions. (QNA)
