Doha, November 27 (QNA) – Alphonso Davies scored after 100 seconds in Canada’s match against Croatia at Khalifa International Stadium on Sunday to set the record for the fastest goal of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
Also, Alphonso Davies has made history for Canada by scoring their first goal at the World Cup finals.
Despite the early goal, Canada lost 1-4 to Croatia in Group F match.
Croatia are on top of Group F with four points ahead of Morocco on goal difference. Belgium are third with three points, while Canada are fourth. (QNA)
