Doha, November 29 (QNA) – Qatar Stock Exchange index increased at the beginning of Tuesday’s trading by 27.98 points, or 0.24 percent, to reach the level of 11,657 points, compared to the end of Monday’s trading.
Data issued by Qatar Stock Exchange showed that the bank and financial services sector increased by 0.95 percent, followed by the transportation sector by 0.53 percent, the communications sector by 0.48 percent, the real estate sector by 0.26 percent, the consumer goods and services sector by 0.16 percent, the insurance sector by 0.11 percent and the industrial sector by 0.02 percent.
At 10:00 am, the Qatar Stock Exchange recorded transactions worth QR 58.582 million, distributed among 18755 million shares, with the implementation of 2233 transactions. (QNA)
