Ankara, November 30 (QNA) – Turkey’s economy grew 3.9% in the third quarter of 2022 on a yearly basis, official figures showed on Wednesday.

The estimation of Gross Domestic Product by production method increased by 120.5% in the third quarter of 2022, at current prices, compared to the same quarter of the previous year, and became 4 trillion 258 billion 168 million TL. The third quarter value of GDP was realized as 241 billion 523 million in US dollars at current prices, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) said.

An Anadolu Agency survey this week predicted that the country’s economy would grow 3.9% in the third quarter. (QNA)
