Doha, December 08 (QNA) – HE Aide to the President of the Russian Federation, Igor Levitin, and the accompanying delegation, visited today Darb Al Saai at Umm Salal Mohammed.
HE Minister of Culture Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Hamad bin Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani, accompanied HE the Aide to the President of the Russian Federation and toured a number of cultural and heritage events organized at Darb Al Saai, to mark the National Day of the country on December 18 each year, held under the slogan “Our Unity is the Source of Our Strength”.
His Excellency was introduced to several aspects of the Qatari heritage included, Al Bidda events, Darb Al Saai Souq (Market), Al-Azaba and Al-Muqtar.
His Excellency also attended some aspects of the Qatari arts during his visit to a number of art exhibitions in Darb Al Saai. (QNA)
