Brussels, January 10 (QNA) – Natural gas prices fell in Europe, as the warmer weather than usual led to a decline in demand for heating.

Bloomberg News reported that futures contracts fell by about 3.1 percent today. Gas levels in storage facilities across the continent remained at approximately the same level over the past three weeks, at a time when countries usually use their reserves.

LNG imports are of great importance as they replace some gas supplies in light of the decline in flows from Russia.
