Doha, January 14 (QNA) – The competitions of the first section of the General Men’s Volleyball League for the 2022-2023 season will start Sunday.
The league will continue until March 29, with the participation of 10 teams, and all its matches will be played in Qatar Volleyball Association’s hall.
The league’s first week begins tomorrow, with two matches. In the first game, Al Rayyan will face Al Shamal, while in the second Police SC will meet Al Gharafa.
Another two matches will be held on Monday, the first between Al-Wakra and Al-Sadd, and the second between Al-Ahli and Qatar SC. The first week’s last match will be played on Tuesday between Al-Arabi and Al-Khor.
In the 2021-2022 season, Al Rayyan crowned the Qatar Volleyball League men’s champions General League after topping the table with 49 points, four points ahead of the runners-up Police SC.
