Basra, January 17 (QNA) – The Referees Committee of the 25th Arabian Gulf Cup Football Championship (Gulf 25), which is being hosted by the Iraqi city of Basra, announced today the refereeing team for the final match, which will bring together the Iraqi national team with its Omani counterpart on Thursday at the Basra International Stadium.
The committee said the match will be officiated by a Romanian refereeing crew led by Kovacs Stefan, assisted by Maritimo Vasili and Aratin Mihai, Qatari Salman Falahi as fourth referee, and Qatari Zaher Al Shammari as fifth referee.
France’s Jeremy Bennard will be the video assistant referee, assisted by Moroccan Radwan Jaid and Saudi Abdullah Al Shehri, while Bahraini Khalifa Al Dossary will assess the referees. (QNA)
