London, January 22 (QNA) – Arsenal gained a crucial three points in the title race following a 3-2 victory over Manchester United on Sunday in Matchday 21 of the Premier League at the Emirates Stadium.
Eddie Nketiah scored in the final minutes of the game to seal victory for the Gunners.
Marcus Rashford opened the scoring for United in the 17th minute. Nketiah leveled the game quickly for Arsenal in the 24th minute.
In the second half, Bukayo Saka scored a stunning goal for the Gunners in the 53rd minute. Lisandro Martinez equalized for United in the 59th minute.
Nketiah won the game for Arsenal in the 90th minute.
Arsenal took their tally to 50 points on top of the Premier League table.
Earlier today, Manchester City defeated Wolves 3-0 to raise their tally to 45 points. (QNA)
