Kuwait, February 05 (QNA) – The Kuwait Stock Exchange closed its trading today high in its general index by 6.6 points, to reach the level of 7336.66 points, an increase of 0.09 percent.
128.4 million shares were traded through 5,993 cash transactions worth 27.6 million dinars (USD 83.6 million).
The main market index rose 23.8 points to reach the level of 5644.56 points, an increase of 0.42 percent, through the trading of 71.11 million shares through 2639 cash transactions worth 6.9 million dinars (USD 20.9 million).
The first market index rose 0.26 points to reach the level of 8160.3 points through the circulation of 57.3 million shares through 3354 deals worth 20.6 million dinars (USD 62.4 million).
In parallel, the “Main 50” index rose by about 28.5 points, to reach the level of 5737.08 points, an increase of 0.5 percent, through the trading of 50.5 million shares through 1708 cash transactions, at a value of 5.9 million dinars (USD 17.8 million). (QNA)
