Manama, March 10 (QNA) – Al-Arabi SC qualified for the semi-finals of the 39th Gulf Clubs Handball Championship, after its victory today over Kuwait’s Al-Salmiya with a score of (23/24) for the second round of the first group competitions of the championship currently being held in Bahrain, and which will continue until March 17.
Al-Arabi raised its score, with this victory, to four points, and ensured qualification to the semi-finals before its third and final confrontation in the preliminary round against Bahrain’s Al-Najma SC on Sunday, which will determine the first and second group.
Al-Arabi had won, in its first match, against Omani Ahli Sidab Club, with a score of (30/23). (QNA)
