Baghdad, April 01 (QNA) – The Iraqi Ministry of Oil announced that crude oil revenues for March exceeded USD 7 billion.
The Ministry said in a press statement that according to preliminary statistics issued by Iraq’s Oil Marketing Company (SOMO), the total amount of crude oil exports amounted to 100.913.027 barrels, with revenues amounting to USD 7.404 billion.
The statistics indicated that the total exported quantities of crude oil in March, from the oil fields in central and southern Iraq amounted to 98,875,692 barrels, while from the Kirkuk fields through the port of Ceyhan, the exported quantities amounted to 1,727,494 barrels.
It showed that the average daily quantities exported amounted to 3.255 million per day, noting that the average price per barrel amounted to USD 73.37. (QNA)
