Madrid, August 17 (QNA) – FC Barcelona announced today that Uruguayan defender Ronald Araujo had injured his left thigh and is set to miss the match against Cadiz next Sunday for the second stage of the league.
The club said, in a statement, that Araujo was injured in the biceps femoris muscle of his left leg, without specifying the duration of his absence, but media reports estimated the duration of his absence at about a month.
Coach Xavi Hernandez and Brazilian winger Rafinha will also miss Barcelona’s next match due to suspension. (QNA)
