Zurich, September 26 (QNA) – FIFA announced the launch of the 1st phase of ticket sales for FIFA Club World Cup Saudi Arabia 2023, to be held in the Saudi city of Jeddah, December 12-22.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, FIFA said that the 1st phase of sales consists of three ticketing products and these are: Individual Match Tickets, Stadium Packages (one for King Abdullah Sports City Stadium and another for Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Stadium), and an All Matches Package, in addition to Accessibility tickets for Wheelchair User, Easy Access Standard, and Easy Access Amenity that are also available upon request.
The statement said that there will be three separate sales phases for the tournament, with more tickets to be released in the 2nd and 3rd phases in October and November respectively. Additionally, it said that an official resale platform will also be launched ahead of the tournament, with more details to follow.
The FIFA Club World Cup Saudi Arabia 2023 tournament will see the following teams competing for the cup:
AFC Champions League 2022 winners: Urawa Reds, Japan.
CAF Champions League 2022/2023 winners: Al Ahly FC, Egypt.
Concacaf Champions League 2023 winners: Club Leon, Mexico.
CONMEBOL Libertadores 2023 winners: TBD (final on 4 November).
OFC Champions League 2023 winners: Auckland City FC, New Zealand.
UEFA Champions League 2022/2023 winners: Manchester City FC, England.
Host (latest winner of organizing association’s league): Al Ittihad FC, Saudi Arabia.
The tournament will kick start with the match between Saudi Al Ittihad FC vs New Zealander Auckland City FC. (QNA)
