London, December 09 (QNA) – Liverpool fought back to defeat Crystal Palace 2-1 on Saturday in matchday 16 of the Premier League at the Selhurst Park Stadium.
Jean-Philippe Mateta opened the scoring for the home side in the 57th minute from the penalty spot.
Mohammed Salah scored his 150th Premier League goal to level the game for the Reds in the 76th minute.
Havery Elliott netted for Liverpool from a long-range shoot as the Reds sealed the three points to top the league table with one points ahead of Arsenal. The Gunners take on Aston Villa on Saturday at the Villa Park. (QNA)
