London, January 04 (QNA) – Manchester United have announced the return of Spanish left-back Sergio Reguilon to his club, Tottenham Hotspur, after ending his loan contract.
The club said that Sergio Reguilon is returning to his parent club Tottenham Hotspur after Manchester United activated a break clause in the loan agreement.
Reguilon (27 years old) joined United on loan for one season last September in order to strengthen the back line due to injuries to Luke Shaw and Tyrel Malasia, he participated in 12 matches in all competitions with the club.
He joined Tottenham in 2020 on a five-year deal from Real Madrid, making 52 league appearances in his first two seasons. (QNA)
