Kuwait, December 01 (QNA) – Kuwait Bourse closed its trading today, with its general index declining by 18.06 points, to the level of 7,566.53 points, a decrease of 0.24 percent.
177.05 million shares were traded through 7,890 cash transactions, at a value of 38.2 million Kuwaiti dinars (about USD 115.7 million).
The main market index rose 14.8 points to reach the level of 5,696.17 points, an increase of 0.26 percent, through the trading of 85.2 million shares through 3,439 cash transactions worth 10.3 million dinars (about 31.2 million dollars).
The first market index decreased by 30.5 points, to the level of 8461.37 points, with a decrease of 0.36 percent, through the trading of 61.7 million shares through 4451 transactions, at a value of 27.7 million dinars (about USD 84.2 million).
In parallel, the (Main 50) index decreased by 50.2 points, to reach the level of 5824.54 points, with a decrease of 0.09 percent, through the circulation of 73.6 million shares through 2349 cash transactions, at a value of 8.6 million dinars (about USD 26 million).(QNA)
