Doha, December 12 (QNA) – HE Minister of State for Energy Affairs Eng. Saad bin Sherida Al Kaabi headed the State of Qatar’s delegation to the109th meeting of the Ministerial Council of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) that was convened in the sisterly State of Kuwait.
During the meeting, His Excellency extended the State of Qatar’s welcome to the organization’s members to participate in 12th edition of the Arab Energy Conference organized by OAPEC and will convene in Doha next year.
It is worth mentioning that OAPEC was established in 1968 and is based in the State of Kuwait. (QNA)
