Qatar Stock Exchange Gains 2.77 Percent

Doha, January 05 (QNA) – Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index gained 300.19 points, or 2.77 percent, to close trading at 11,145.31 points on Thursday.

The volume of shares traded increased to 139,362,172 from 109,589,356 on Wednesday and the value of shares increased to QR557,175,771.87from QR351,724,331.83on Wednesday.

The indices six sectors ended green zone and one sector ended red zone today. QSE Total Return Index gained 2.77 percent to 22,829.21, QSE Al Rayan Islamic index added 1.34 percent to 4,712.28 points and QSE All Share Index increased 3.37 percent to 3,592.41 points. (QNA)
