Washington, March 23 (QNA) – The Argentine national football team defeated its Salvadoran counterpart 3-0 in an international friendly match held today at Financial Field Stadium in South Philadelphia, USA, as part of the preparations for the upcoming tournaments.

The goals were scored by Cristian Romeo, Enzo Fernandez, and Lo Celso in the 16th, 42nd, and 52nd minutes, respectively.

The Argentine national team is preparing to continue its journey in the South American qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup, where it will face Chile in September as part of the seventh round of qualifiers.
