Doha, October 23 (QNA) – Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index dropped 62.98 points, or 0.50 percent, to close trading at 12,594.14 points on Sunday.

The volume of shares traded decreased to 94,371,769 from 113,182,569 on Thursday and the value of shares decreased to QR315,626,900.724 from QR510,520,559.545 on Thursday.

The indices of seven sectors ended in the red zone today. QSE Total Return Index dropped 0.50 percent to 25,796.89, QSE Al Rayan Islamic index lost 0.07 percent to 5,278.87 points and QSE All Share Index decreased 0.27 percent to 3,998.93 points. (QNA)
